Description
In this class, by adjusting our resistance, we will simulate hills, climbs, sprints, inverted sprints, flat roads, jumps, jogs all done on a stationary bike. Beginners are welcome, you may adjust your ride to suit your skill level, modifications will be given as most exercises on the bike can also be done completely seated, if you have balance issues. Participants will learn how to set up the correct seat and bar height, different hand positions and will be cued throughout the ride. Wear comfortable clothing, sneakers with solid soles,
(cross training, running or walking) or cycling shoes if you have them, there are clips on the peddles, or you can use the straps on the peddles for regular sneakers. Bring a towel and water bottle to the class, as you will need them!Activity Age Category
