Description
This six-week Chronic Pain self-management program is a community-based workshop to help people manage their chronic pain. This interactive workshop is designed to decrease pain and increase vitality. Workshops are designed for people who have a primary diagnosis of chronic pain. Topics include: Managing Symptoms & Challenges, Evaluating treatment options, Balancing Activity & Rest. This program meets for 2.5 hours for six consecutive weeks.
