Description
When selecting a dessert to plan a dinner menu, choose a dessert that isinfluenced by the season and the occasion. The amount of time you havefor preparation could also affect your choice. Chef Alba has selected threedesserts and a bonus dessert that are easy to make and look and tastedelicious. Our menu: Ginger Nutmeg Baked Pears, Affogato con AmarettiCookies, Cannoli Dip with Fresh Fruit, and a bonus Chocolate and ChiliMousse. Class is hands-on while you cook in your own kitchen.
