Stretching Circle Wednesdays
FREE Demo Wednesday, July 10, 4pm
Class will start on July 24
Cost: $54, 9 classes
Join the stretching circle which supports physical and mental health, improving flexibility and balance with a little bit of freestyle dancing. Most exercises are done in a chair.
