Description
If it’s time to start exercising but you’re not ready to join a gym, First Step Fitness is the place to begin. Focus on core strength, balance, and flexibility while learning proper body mechanics. Learn modifications for days when you need to take a lighter approach, and progressions for when you're ready for more. This class has two goals: to help each participant embrace fitness in their life, and to have fun while doing it. Participants should be able to get up and down from the floor independently.
