Description
Roll and stretch away your stress while increasing flexibility with foam rolling and stretching. Rolling helps to target the tension in your tight muscles and reduce soreness, restore elasticity, and increase circulation. Traditional stretches help increase your range of motion and peace. You do not need to be a Community Center member to attend HCRP fitness classes at a center.
Wear comfortable clothes and sneakers. Please bring water.
