Description
This class will strengthen, stretch, and balance you in a peaceful space while providing an ambiance designed to keep you moving through various yoga poses. Core work too! Leave class with a renewed mind, body, and spirit. Drop-ins are allowed at $15/class. No class Nov. 11.Activity Age
