Description
In this class, the instructor will lead participants in sound healing (utilizing 7 chakra-tuned Crystal singing bowls) paired with guided breathwork. Sound healing has been shown to improve well-being and sleep and alleviate anxiety, stress, and physical pain.Your instructor, Anamaria De La Cruz is an honors graduate of Yale University. She holds an MA in Music and is a credentialed CA educator with over 20 years of experience in the fields of Education and Music, with experience teaching students of all ages. www.anamariadelacruz.com
