Description
Join us for an 8 week series of fitness sessions to ignite new strength and energy by building up the whole person. Sessions will include power and ability, core exercises, balance and flexibility. The goal is so you can leave feeling revived and refreshed to enjoy the moments that matter most to you in life. This class is in tandem with Empower & Defend, and you'll receive a $10 discount by signing up for both classes.
