Description
Do you struggle with memory challenges or dementia? Why not come out this late Fall and Winter to our Chester Memory Café?! Memory Cafes are fun social outings for people living with memory challenges and dementia and their care partners. We will have live music, warm drinks, treats and interactive art in a fun welcoming environment. There is no cost to attend. The Chester Memory Café will be held monthly in the community room at Our Health Centre. Some Winter events will be held on Zoom so you can attend right at your kitchen table! We meet once a month on Tuesday afternoons 2:30-3:30 starting on December 3rd, 2024. If you have any questions, please contact Jody at jconrad@chester.ca or 902-275-2712.
