Instructor: Tajmah A. This yoga class is designed to stretch and hydrate the body’s deep muscles, connective ligaments and fascia by extended holds and slow transitions of basic postures, followed by a guided or silent meditation. – Intensity Level: Low Please be advised that fitness instructors are subject to change based on availability.
