What better way to relieve stress than to take your practice outside in our beautiful nature preserve. Practice grounding and breath in the fresh air during our asana practice led by a naturalist and certified yoga teacher. The yoga portion will be done inside on colder days. Sign-up for the hike tomorrow for a well-rounded experience.
Please wear sturdy closed-toe shoes and dress appropriately for the weather.Please bring your own water bottle.
Yoga mats are available to borrow. Yoga will be held at a platform in the woods as long as the weather is nice enough. Please meet at the nature center.
