Description
Swimming Lessons for Adults 18 & over! This class is for Adults who are looking to improve on movement in the water. You are already comfortable submerging beneath the surface, floating on front and back and able to recover from a prone position. We will focus more on forward movement and stroke introduction.
No Classes on November 16th.
Classes held in Lap Pool.
No refunds or make ups given for missed classes due to personal conflict.Make ups will be offered in the event the facility or program personnel cancels.
