Our top priority is to provide a fun and laughter-filled hour for seniors by teaching them some fun exercises to stimulate the brain, make new friends, and have fun while doing so. We will touch on some cool history and scientific studies in a simple way that teaches participants ways to deal with anxiety and stress. This highly interactive workshop is like a fun boot camp for the brain. Laugh your way to a better tomorrow!This is a FREE workshop sponsored by the Arts & Science Council Culture Blocks and Mecklenburg County.
