Description
Eastway Senior Food Explorers is a program to teach senior how to prepare and make various foods. Join us for a yummy, good time with our professional Chef from A Perfect Beet! Seniors are welcome to join us on Monday November 4th at 1pm-3pm. This demonstration is free. •Demo Day 1: Fall Fruit (Apples) – Apple Galette & Chicken Apple Sausage •Demo Day 2: Seasonal Vegetable Dishes – Roasted Winter Vegetables over Creamy Polenta & Kale and Quinoa Salad •Demo Day 3: Homemade Pasta Workshop – Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli & Long Pasta Making •Demo Day 4: Chinese Take-Out – Egg Drop Soup & Vegetable Spring Rolls
