For individuals of all abilities.
Join us for a gentle exercise program called Chair Chi. During this program, you will receive the same benefits of traditional Tai Chi with the comfort and safety from a chair. All skill levels are welcomed!
A yearly therapeutic recreation assessment is required for registration. If the error "Missing PreRequisite: Customer qualification missing or expired for Skill TIRS Assessment Verified" appears when attempting to register, please contact staff at TIRS at TRInfo@MeckNC.Gov or 980-314-1192 to schedule a therapeutic recreation assessment.
