Description
Experience standing, choreography alternated with standing total-body strength work. This class is a step up from SilverSneakers Circuit class, add more repitions, and faster cardio sections to get the heart pumping! This class has a moderate intensity level for those wanting a steady workout.Participants will use a combination of hand weights, resistance bands, line dances, choreographed cardio sections, and end with a relaxation & meditation section.
