Description
A low-impact class for active 55+ adults that offers a variety of exercises designed to increase strength, range of motion and balance – all combined with FUN.
Drop-ins available at $5/class. Free trial class for new participants October 10, 2024. No class November 5, 28 and December 24 and 31.
