"The forest is the therapist. The guide opens the door" is the motto of the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Guides and Program. Join certified Forest Therapy Guide Jennifer Boudart for a mindful exploration of the forest in winter. When you wander out on this December afternoon, you will be invited to slow down, "unplug," and tune into your senses as you reconnect with nature. You'll also be invited to share what you're noticing if you wish. During this program, you will learn a bit about forest bathing and walk the site and gather around for some tea and water to conclude the program. Blankets, pads and camp stools are provided if you need them. If you have your own feel free to bring them.
