Students - Advancing Your Strength Training
Prerequisites
  • This program is tailored for Students who have completed our Students Strength Training Foundations class or some previous weight room experience.
  • A PAR-Q+ (medical intake form) is required for all participants before attending
What to Bring
  • A water bottle
  • Athletic clothing and footwear (something you can move in!)

Training Overview
This 6-week program is designed to help you advance your fitness knowledge and skills for a successful weight training journey and to foster a sense of belonging and community.
For anyone interested in learning more about compound exercises and "the big three" lifts in fitness, the squat, bench press, and deadlift. Our focus is on foundational principles that ensure safe, effective, and informed exercise practices.
