The Power Swing: Golf Strength & Mobility WorkshopPrerequisites
- This program is tailored for anyone who wishes to improve their swing stability, increase power output, and reduce injury risk.
- A PAR-Q+ (medical intake form) is required for all participants before attending.
What to Bring
- A water bottle
- Athletic clothing and footwear (something you can move in!)
Training Overview
The Power Swing workshop is designed to enhance golf performance by improving strength, power, and mobility in key muscles and movement patterns specific to the golf swing. This workshop will also integrate injury prevention strategies targeting common overuse injuries seen in golfers, such as low back pain, shoulder impingement, and golfer's elbow. Participants will engage in progressive strength training, power development, and targeted mobility work to optimize their performance on the course.
