Description
We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Wednesday, June 26, 2024.
This Hatha Yoga class will move at a gentle pace. New students will learn the basics of yoga, while more seasoned students will gain a better, more detailed understanding of the alignment of the poses. Students work on flexibility, strength and balance, while warming the muscles and flushing toxins from the body.
Please bring your own yoga mat and blocks if you have them!
