Description
After running Alberta's largest youth squash programs since 2021, West Hillhurst is excited to once again offer amazing youth squash lessons for Fall 2024!!Intro- 30 minutesGaining eye-hand coordination, learning the swings, assisted rallies, fun games
This short 30min class will focus on advancing 6-9yrs hand eye skills in a handful of fun and exciting squash / court activities and games. The focus of this class will be to teach the basics of the game of squash in a fun, energetic environment. Participants will learn the FUNdamentals, including the grip, forehand/backhand swing, gameplay, and much more.
Instructors: Odessa I (NCCP Certified), Tamara B (NCCP Certified), Sasha T (NCCP Certified), Faisal S (NCCP Certified)
Non-marking indoor shoes are mandatory.
Racquets, goggles and balls will be supplied if needed.
