Audition Workshop Students in 4th – 12th grades may enroll in our Audition Workshop Class. This workshop is specifically designed for students applying to performing arts middle schools and high schools in New York City and will also prepare students for professional auditions for theater, film, and television. In class, students will be given access to monologues and/or songs that are appropriate to their performance style and will receive 1-on-1 and group instruction to build a solid understanding of the fundamentals of acting, using character, objectives, and tactics to create a strong performance of their material. All students applying to performing arts schools will be taped at BCT and receive the footage to submit in school applications. The class ends with a final sharing of student work for friends and family at BCT. *Please note: Sunday, November 17th is class filming day. If your child needs a self-tape provided by BCT, they must be available to film on that day at the Studios.
