About this event
10 wks Experience Level: All Levels This is a beginner - intermediate level painting class for students looking to enhance their skills in oil painting portraiture. You do not need any prior experience to take this class. We will cover oil painting materials, a brief understanding of color theory, and drawing portraiture. The breath of this class will all be focused through the lens of the figure, more specifically portraiture. This is a technique focused class and students will gain an understanding of abstraction in the figure, as well as the methods and skills to practice for rendering a portrait.
