About this event
10 wks Experience Level: Beginner, All Levels This course is designed for students who have taken a beginning drawing class or who are familiar with concepts like value and shading, negative space, and drawing from life/reference. Students will work through lessons, exercises, and projects designed to deepen their understanding of drawing fundamentals as well as help them explore more complicated subjects like mass and volume, drawing realistic textures, the basics of linear perspective, and the foundations of portraiture. Other topics like color, ink, expressive markmaking, and others may be addressed based on student interest.
