Description
The Summit Hockey Premier League is the highest level of competition offered at Stephen C. West Ice Arena. Designed for players with experience in youth hockey and beyond, this league caters to skaters with intermediate to advanced knowledge of game strategies and skills, including playing with awareness.
All players are welcome to join, as eligibility challenges based on skill level will not be entertained. This league features hybrid icing, 15-minute periods, and allows slap shots. While it is a non-checking environment, the pace and competition are intense. There are no gender requirements—both men and women are encouraged to participate.
League Schedule:
- Primary game nights are Wednesdays and Sundays.
- Additional games may be scheduled as needed, based on league registration.
- A bye week may occur if an odd number of teams register.
Season Details:
- Start Date: January 8, 2025
- Regular Season: 10 games per team
- Double elimination playoff format (2 game minimum)
- 12 total games guaranteed
Cost:
- $3,100: Full payment before the registration deadline (December 20, 2024).
- $3,300: Payment plan option with a $1,000 deposit due at registration. Remaining balance must be paid by January 24, 2025.

- Deposit Requirement: A minimum deposit of $1,000 is required at registration.
- League Maximum: 8 teams.
- Balance Due: All outstanding balances must be paid by January 24, 2025.
