The Summit Hockey Comp League is the most competitive of the recreation leagues and should compromise of the strongest recreational teams and players. This league uses standard red line icing and 12-minute periods. Slap shots are allowed in this non-checking league. There is no gender requirement, and both men and women are encouraged to play in this league.The Comp League South plays on Mondays, Thursday evenings, but additional days (Sundays) may be scheduled as needed (based on league registration).
The Comp League North plays on Tuesdays, Thursday evenings, but additional days (Sundays) may be scheduled as needed (based on league registration).
A bye week is also possible should an odd number of teams register for the league.
Games begin September 3rd.
Cost is $2500 for full league payment before registration deadline (8/21/24).
Cost is $2700 if using payment plan with a minimum of $1000 deposit due at time of registration. Remaining balance due by 9/20/24.
Teams will be split into 2 divisions (North and South).The season consists of (10) Ten regular-season games. All teams per division advance to Double-elimination playoff. Playoffs games will be held in December. Playoff games may fall on a different night than normal game nights.
No games on November 28th.
NOTE: All game times and days are subject to change. The last day to register is August 16th or until full. A deposit of at least $1,000 MUST be made at this time. The league maximum is Sixteen (16) teams. League balances are due Friday, September 20th.
