Description
The Summit Hockey Rec League is our recreational co-ed division. This league should be comprised of skaters with a basic recreational level of talent. Skaters should have the knowledge of basic skills and concepts. This league uses blue line icing and 12-minute periods. One female skater is required to be on the ice at all times (not including the goalie). Slapshots are NOT allowed, and recoil of the stick must be kept below the knees.The Rec League plays on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday evenings, but additional days (Sundays) may be scheduled as needed. (Based on league registration). A bye week is also possible should an odd number of teams register for the league.
Games begin January 6th.
Cost is $2500 for full league payment before registration deadline (12/20/24).
Cost is $2700 if using payment plan with a minimum of $1000 deposit due at time of registration. Remaining balance due by 1/24/25.
Teams will be split into 2 divisions (North and South). The season consists of (10) Ten regular-season games.
NOTE: All game times and days are subject to change. The last day to register is December 20th or until full. A deposit of at least $1,000 MUST be made at this time. The league maximum is Twelve (12) teams. League balances are due Friday, January 24th.
