About this event
Bond with your baby and other mamas while strengthening the body to prepare for labor and delivery. Find relief from aches and pains and help reduce stress through deep relaxation. Must be at least 12 weeks along in pregnancy. This class can be taken up until delivery. Note: This class is offered at multiple times. Please select one (i.e. Class A, Class B, etc.)
