Description
Get your blood pumping and metabolism going in this intimate, max 5 person, class.
This circuit training will improve fitness and strength at the same time by targeting all areas of the body - core, arms, legs, glutes and back. You'll test your balance, endurance, and strength in this 45 minute circuit.
