Description
Mastering the Art of ThrowingIn this clinic, participants will focus on developing proper throwing mechanics to reduce the risk of injury while maximizing performance.
The session will cover drills designed to improve arm strength, accuracy, and fielding efficiency. You’ll also learn essential tips for positioning and gain valuable techniques to build confidence in your throwing skills.
About the Instructor: Dr. Lendvoy, is a seasoned expert in sports performance, has firsthand experience from competing in high-level athletics and inspiring the next generation of athletes and trainers. He currently serves as the Chiropractor and Head Performance Therapist for the UBC Varsity Baseball Team, and is a resource clinician at their affiliated public indoor training facility. Join us to refine your skills and take your hitting to the next level!
Participants are encouraged to bring their glove and any personal gear, though all necessary equipment will be provided.
Come ready to learn, practice, and enhance your hitting skills!
