Explore classic yoga poses individually and work within the pose in more depth, rather than moving through a flow of postures. All areas of the body will be motivated in a fun and challenging way! Each class finishes with relaxing postures designed to rest, rejuvenate and integrate body, breath, and mind. Suitable for all levels. Karen Dowling
