Description
TRIP: Denver Center for the Performing Arts TourEnjoy a behind-the-scenes tour of the Denver Center for the Performing Arts (DCPA), one of the largest non-profit theater organizations in the country. Tours take visitors through dressing rooms, costume and design studios, and even onto the stage. Learn how designers, builders, and technicians bring shows to life. Highlights include the newly renovated Bonfils Theatre Complex, Actor's Alley, and production shops filled with set models, costumes in progress, and props. Registration deadline for this trip is Monday, October 28 at 4 p.m.For accessibility needs: The tour is at least 90 minutes walking around a 3-block radius. The route can be made accessible in getting to the right elevators and ramps to navigate the complex. There are a few points in which folks would be able to go to the restroom or can communicate with the tour ambassador if any breaks might be needed at some points.
