Description
This annual storage rental allows the storage of one currently permitted watercraft from January 1 through December 31st of the year purchased. No other vehicles, personal items, fuel, fuel containers or flammable materials may be stored in your storage spot or on the reservoir property at any time.
Snapper Mooring Details:
- Wet Large trailered watercraft
- On water storage May 15 – Oct 15
- Gravel storage space for trailer and off water storage included
- Owner is responsible for securing watercraft to mooring ball
- Owner is responsible for monitoring water levels for safe storage of their watercraft on the water
- Watercraft mooring and storage is NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Watercraft mooring and storage costs will not be prorated at any time.
- Owner is responsible for storing watercraft in their assigned space. If watercraft is not stored in assigned space owner will incur a $70/day fee and labor costs to relocate watercraft.
- Owner is responsible for securing watercraft and any additional personal belongings in watercraft.
- Owner is liable for any damaged caused by their watercraft or personal items on reservoir property.
- You may be asked to relocate your watercraft due to maintenance, special events, or other circumstances. You will be assigned an alternate storage space should this occur
Prior to purchasing this storage spot, you will be required to review and sign-off on the terms and conditions of this purchase.
