Description
Blue ZonesDiscover the key factors to a long and healthy life by exploring the “Blue Zones”, regions around the world where people live in good health past 90 years of age. This class will review how plant-based diets, stress reduction, movement and a sense of purpose all contribute to exceptional longevity.
Instructor: Ann Thomasset holds a certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition through eCornell, and is a Building Healthy Communities leader with the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine.
