With his scientific background, he crafts innovative yet approachable desserts and pastries, offering mouthwatering flavors while making the art of baking accessible to all. In this class, you’ll specifically learn how to master shortcrust doughs, prepare a variety of fillings and creams, and assemble and decorate the tarts. We will be making lemon meringue and blueberry vanilla tartlets.
