This all-inclusive, 5-week Bootcamp is designed exclusively for women and couples brand new to firearms or those wanting a refresher. We will aim to foster safety, confidence, education, and fundamentals. This unique experience combines hands-on classroom sessions with a simulator and culminates in an exhilarating and fun live-fire shooting session in the last week. Over the course of the first four weeks, participants will embark on a comprehensive journey delving into the fundamentals of handgun safety, handling, defensive shooting, and marksmanship techniques. Guided by experienced instructors, each session provides a supportive and empowering environment where you can develop a solid foundation in firearm education. All training in the first four weeks is conducted on a state of the art training simulator allowing us to properly build muscle memory, neural pathways between the brain and body, and fine motor skills necessary for firearm handling. Building upon the knowledge acquired in the classroom, the final week will be a dedicated live-fire experience where we will have the opportunity to safely apply our new skills and training in a safe and private session. The final week will be at Double Tapp Range on SATURDAY September, 21 at Double Tapp Range. All firearms, ammunition, hearing, and eye protection are included in this program. The curriculum is tailored specifically for beginners and will introduce: -Firearm Safety -Firearm nomenclature -Firearm Fundamentals -Grip -Stance -Trigger Discipline/Controll/Pull -Natural Point of Aim -Sight Alignment/Sight Picture -Choosing the right firearm for you -Responsibilities of firearm ownership -Legalities of firearm ownership and more No prior experience needed
