Description
Students apply knowledge and practice skills in a lab setting using commercial equipment and maintaining all safety and sanitation guidelines; This is an extended learning opportunity ONLY for students registered in the current term Cooking with Chef Fry class. The 2 additional classes will be devoted to Holiday Cookies.
