Les Mills STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT is a 45-minute full-body progressive strength workout. This is a new 12-week progressive training challenge! The focus of hypertrophy is on building muscle. Week 4 targets moderately heavy weight and aims to hit higher reps. After the warm-up, we prime and hit a 5-minute lower-body Every Minute on the Minute, followed by a lower-body circuit and finishing with upper-body conditioning. You pick your weight selection for all exercises. This class is for all levels!
