Regular practice of Taiji (Tai Chi) has shown to yield many health benefits such as improvement in balance, breathing, freer movement, improved sleep, and reduction of stress. Tai Chi movements are slow, low-impact, and safe.
Beginners will learn fundamental concepts and movements as well as an introduction to the First Form. Intermediates will learn additional movements of the form and gain a deeper understanding of concept. Basic Qigong and I-Chuan standing meditation will be taught.
Broadsword will only be taught to qualified students between 6:30pm-7:00pm
