Age 15+ HYBRID (NO class 9/18)Indicate in-person or virtual (max 15 in-person)For virtual: a Zoom link will be emailed in advance for those registering for virtual only. Class recording will be sent should you miss a class or want to take again during the week.
In-person Location: 12 Mudge Way, Russo Room (formerly the Union Room)
You will need a yoga mat or thick towel.
