Unlock your creativity and bring your stories to life in our playwriting class! Students will work individually and collaboratively to craft dynamic short form plays. Using engaging writing exercises and theater games, the class will delve into scene construction, play structure, character development and good dialogue. Students will generate bold new ideas, embrace creative risks, and learn the ins and outs of playwriting. The class will culminate in a family share, where the students will cast fellow classmates to read excerpts of their plays out loud.
