Come join us for Silver Stretch: Yoga for the Golden Years at William Walker!
Seniors will take part in a specially designed program to help then enhance their flexibility, improve balance, and cultivate inner peace. This gentle, yet effective, yoga class is perfect for seniors of all fitness levels. This class incorporates chairs, yoga blocks, and straps to support and deepen your technique and style.
When: Tuesday/Thursday: 12:20p.m - 1:20p.m. - October 7 - December 19, 2024.Who: Seniors 55+
