Description
ADULT WATER AEROBICS Ages 18 +
A low impact but high intensity water aerobics class where no swimming skills are needed or required. This class is designed to improve flexibility, range of motion, strength training, muscle toning and cardiovascular endurance while using various equipment and water resistance.
