Come and use the old-growth forest as a healing tool! We will silently take an 'Earthing' hike through the forest to decompress and connect to the energy of the natural world. ''Earthing hikes are typically done barefoot and guests are welcome to hike with or without shoes. This program is a part of our Greenspace Wellness Program, and we will ask guest to complete a pre and post survey (questions and a blood pressure test) to understand the impact of nature-based programming on their well being. The survey results will be anonymously collected and aggregated, and participation in the survey is not mandatory. In an effort to make our programming accessible to all, WAWA offers a sliding scale ticket option. Please choose the ticket option that best fits your circumstances and what you can give today.
