MAKE A TIFFANY DUPE / Martha DownerWednesdays 12:30 - 3:30 PM

We will recreate Tiffany classics to make a coaster and a trivet that resemble what you can buy at Tiffany's! Students will learn/build upon basic techniques of glass fusing. Topics to be discussed and demonstrated will be glass compatibility, glass cutting and utilization, designing on glass, preparing the kiln shelf using Papyros paper release, discussing firing schedules and glass project results. We will make 2 Tiffany & Co. pieces using fused clear glass techniques. Students will make 1 project a week. This class doesn't require previous experience. All abilities are welcome. Most supplies are provided. Please always wear close-toed shoes.
Supplies required: Elmer's glue (white or gel), super glue (not gel and not instant)
