Description
Learn healthy snacking tips. This presentation will provide helpful tips and recipes for healthy snacks. The class will cover topics such as the importance of small meals and snacks, how to differentiate high-cal snacks from low-cal, nutritious snacks and snack success tips. Led by registered dietitian, Theresa Saltsgaver with Peak Nutrition for Life LLC.
