Join us for Fit & Flexible, a fun and energizing class designed to boost your stretch, flexibility, and overall fitness. Perfect for all fitness levels, this class combines stretching, core exercises, and dynamic movements to help you feel strong and ready for anything. Get ready to move, stretch, and build a healthier, more flexible you!
This program is specifically designed for participants with developmental and/or physical disabilities. Individuals attending with a personal assistant are welcome.
