Description
Grades: 2nd-3rd. Students will explore basic barre work, refine alignment and positions of the feet and arms, and increase terminology through creative expression and purposeful play. Jumps, leaps, turns and more will increase flexibility, balance, strength, and self-confidence. A joyful, body-positive class that will positively delight! Instructor: Dance and Grow Director - Lisa Dietz. 12 classes. No class 11/26
